  1. Those interested in staying at Chalet Senec (hereinafter referred to as the accommodation provider) are obliged to make a reservation in writing or online by emailing info@chaletsenec.sk, which is approved by the reception of the accommodation provider. In the order specify the exact date, number of people or other special requirements. The rental of the private house "Chalet Senec" (hereinafter referred to as the Accommodation Provider) is based on voluntary registration for the stay. The tenants shall submit to the chalet landlord or other authorised person proof of identity /ID card, passport, driver's license, etc./, and sign a Contract for the short-term rental of a cottage, which lists, among other things, the subject of the lease, the number of persons, the lease period and the rent ( Online Check In ) . The landlord is responsible for the protection of the personal data of the tenants. A representative acts on behalf of minor children. Only persons who do not suffer from an infectious disease are allowed to stay in the property. The landlord of the property will issue the tenants with 1 key , or PIN to enter the property and the cottage, 1 access code for the gate to enter the property and the password to connect to the internet (if the internet is available).
  1. Upon approval of the order, the reception will send the Host in writing or electronically:
  • Booking confirmation
  • The customer is obliged to read the General Binding Conditions of Accommodation at www.chaletsenec.sk
  1. Upon confirmation of the order, the customer pays 100% of the total amount of the accommodation at the latest within 7 days from the date of confirmation unless otherwise mutually agreed. The customer is obliged to pay all other charges for the stay at the latest on the day of arrival. Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation of the reservation will be sent to the customer from the accommodation provider.
  2. The Lessor leases the Subject of Lease to the Lessee solely for the purpose of staying within the term of the lease.
  3. The Lessor undertakes to hand over the Subject of Lease to the Lessee for use in a condition suitable for the agreed use.
  4. In the event of imminent damage, the Lessor is entitled to enter the Subject of the lease in order to carry out the measures necessary to prevent it or reduce its consequences.
  5. The lessee is obliged to act during the whole period of the lease in such a way as to avoid damages in the area of the cottage
  6. Customers staying at Chalet Senec are persons over 18 years of age. Persons under 15 years of age may use the services when accompanied by a person over 18 years of age. Persons aged 15 - 18 years only with the consent of their legal guardian.
  7. The Lessee undertakes to maintain order in the Subject of the lease and to behave in accordance with good manners and the principles of good neighbourly coexistence. The Tenant may only be a person over 18 years of age.
  8. The Lessee undertakes to use the Subject of the lease in accordance with the agreed purpose.
  9. The price list for the rental of the property is published on the Internet and in promotional materials, but the landlord reserves the right to make changes to the price list. Services are provided on the basis of a predetermined offer and negotiated conditions. Parents are fully responsible for damages caused by children. In case of major damage, the renter is obliged to pay the damage caused by them to the cottage landlord or his representative on the spot before leaving the property no later than 5 days after departure.
  10. The landlord reserves the right to require the tenant to make a reservation advance payment vo výške 0 % – 100 % z nájomného.
  11. Before entering the building it is necessary to clean your shoes and use slippers. Je zakázané vstupovať do objektu v športovej obuvi, prípadne inej obuvi ktorá by poškodila podlahy. Na horné poschodie, povalu je zákaz vstupovať..
  12. Chalet Senec is governed by the applicable fire protection regulations. There is a fire extinguisher, evacuation plan. Guests are kindly requested to take extra care when handling wood, fireplace, barbecue and open fire near the chalet.
  13. Nájomcovia sú povinní dodržiavať night-time quiet from 10:00 p.m. in the evening - 7:00 a.m. in the morning.
  14. Za výraznú nadspotrebu elektrickej energie, dreva alebo plynu počas zimnej aj letnej sezóny môže byť účtovaný doplatok na základe cenníka dodávateľa energií.
  15. Throughout the property the following applies a strict ban on receiving visitors and their overnight stays without the landlord's consent. However, even with the landlord's consent, the tenant is liable for the actions of the visitor and for the damage caused by them.
  16. It is forbidden to leave children under 12 years of age without adult supervision in the interior and exterior of the building. In the event of an accident or other circumstances, the tenant is responsible for the child.
  17. Bed linen, towels, bath towels, tea towels, blankets and sheets are clean, undamaged and included in the rental price. Liquid soap, hand cream, toilet paper, dish detergent are also included in the rent.
  18. V objekte chaty je vyhradené parkovisko, ktoré je uzavreté, ale nie strážené. Pri parkovaní prosíme, aby ste nedevastovali trávniky, prípadne steny. Odporúčame nájomcom, aby sa presvedčili o riadnom uzamknutí a zabezpečení auta. V aute nenechávajte voľne položené osobné veci.
  19. Entry of pets into the interior or exterior of cottages je zakázaný.
  20. The landlord of the building is not liable for the brought in items and property of the tenant, nor for damage to the removed items beyond the scope provided by law. Tenants must properly secure and protect their property from possible theft or destruction, e.g. by locking the premises.
  21. The tenant assumes responsibility for The inventory in question. Any discrepancies in the equipment of the cottage must be reported to the landlord or authorized person immediately after taking over the cottage.
  22. Za škody spôsobené na majetku a zariadení objektu zodpovedá nájomca. Táto škoda bude uhradená na mieste a pred odchodom. V prípade, že škodu nie je možné odstrániť včas a tým sa zabráni pobytu ďalšiemu nájomcovi, nájomca je povinný uhradiť plnú cenu ďalšieho pobytu a s tým spojené náklady.
  23. In case of illness or injury of the tenant, it is necessary to contact the landlord or the medical facility directly. A first aid kit is available in the cottage.
  24. V saune je nutné sa riadiť prevádzkovým poriadkom pre Chalet Senec – Sauna.
  25. V bazéne je nutné sa riadť prevádzkovým poriadkom pre Chalet Senec – Bazén.
  26. If the deposit is not paid by the due date, the reservation is automatically cancelled without notice. Your reservation is valid only after the amount in question has been credited to the Host's account. listed below.
  27. The operator reserves the right to cancel the stay due to force majeure - events that cannot be prevented or due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances. The operator is obliged to notify the customer of this fact at the earliest possible date, usually at least 3 days before the arrival. In this case, it will allow the customer to use the accommodation on another date suitable for the customer or offer the customer alternative accommodation in the vicinity, if the accommodation capacity allows it.Attention!Payment by post or bank transfer may not arrive within three days, even if it is made by the customer on time. Therefore, the accommodation provider requires a copy of the proof of payment to be sent by email, stating the name or number of the order or other necessary data to identify the order. Immediately upon receipt of the proof of advance payment, the Accommodation Provider issues and sends the Accommodation Voucher, which contains all the information necessary to check-in.
  28. Payment of the advance payment by deposit to the account or by bank transfer to the account at VUB a.s.
    For the correct assignment of the payment, it is necessary to include in the description name and surname, place of residence and date of stay.
  29. The price of the stay does not include insurance for guests or personal belongings.

Arrival at the cottage: The cottage or cottage apartment is usually rented on the day of arrival from 14.00 h to 21.00 h.

Leaving the cabin: It is necessary to leave the cottage on the day of departure until 10:00. Late arrival or departure is possible by agreement with the owner.

  1. The earliest check-in time is 2pm on the first day of your stay. The end of the stay is until 10 o'clock on the last day of the stay. The check-in time is therefore between 14:00 – 21:00. A few days prior to arrival, please contact the cottage reception by phone on +421 907 841 251 to arrange the exact time of arrival. A different arrival time than the one mentioned above must be agreed with the reception. After 21:00, the reception can dispose of the cottage and re-sell it. Failure to arrive at the agreed check-in time is considered a cancellation of the stay by the client. A customer who requests accommodation on the day of check-in before 2pm and therefore the room cannot be made available to another customer the previous night will also be charged for the price of the accommodation for the previous night. A customer who requests end of stay after 10 a.m. on the last day and therefore the room cannot be offered to another customer the following night, the customer will pay the price for the following night. Exceptions to this rule can only be individually agreed upon when there is a vacant accommodation capacity. Pri nedodržaní odubytovacej hodiny sa účtuje zákazníkovi za každú začatú hodinu po 10:00 suma 20,- Eur.
  2. The accommodation provider reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately if the customer violates the General Terms and Conditions for the stay, if the customer has caused significant damage to the accommodation facility and its facilities, or if the customer's behavior during the stay is unbecoming. It also reserves the right not to allow further stays to customers who have a history of such behaviour.
  3. The receptionist will enter each person in the Guest Book immediately upon arrival. For this purpose, the customer is obliged to present an ID card or passport or other valid proof of identity from which the data for registration can be obtained. If the actual number of persons is higher than the number stated on the voucher, the lodge has the right not to accommodate the extra persons or to charge an additional fee.
  4. The accommodation provider provides services to the accommodated guests within the scope determined by the relevant legislation.
  5. The accommodation provider or the management of the cottage is not responsible for any damage or theft of the customer's belongings during the stay.
  6. The Customer may not, without the Provider's consent:
  • make substantial changes to the accommodation (moving furniture, etc.)
  • use their own appliances on the premises, except for personal hygiene and grooming appliances
  • to let the premises reserved for accommodation to another person
  • receive visitors in the room without the prior consent of the provider
  • state the address of the hotel as the place of business

The customer is not allowed to continue in the premises of the Senec Chalet:

  • carry arms and ammunition or otherwise keep them in a condition for their immediate use
  • possession, manufacture or possession of narcotic or psychotropic substances or poisons, unless they are medicines that the customer has been prescribed to take by a doctor
  • fajčiť (fajčenie je povolené len v priestore na to určenom, nie na izbe a v Chalete)
  • robiť úpravy a akékoľvek zásahy do elektrickej siete alebo inej inštalácie
  1. Before leaving the cottage, the customer is obliged to secure the accommodation premises against damage to the property of both the client and the accommodation provider: in the cottage it is necessary to turn off the taps, turn off the lights, close the windows and doors, lock the doors and hand over the key to the accommodation provider.
  2. Smoking is forbidden in the entire interior of the lodge, as well as e-cigarettes and the handling of open flames. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. In case of violation of this prohibition we set the fine at 500,- EUR.
  3. For safety reasons, it is not advisable to leave children under 10 years of age unsupervised in the chalet.
  4. Dogs and other animals are not allowed.
  5. The customer is responsible for damages caused to the property of the accommodation provider.
  6. The customer is obliged to report any defects in the accommodation premises to the accommodation provider as soon as they are detected.
  7. Nočný kľud je v čase od 22.00 h do 6.00 h and it is the guests' responsibility to comply with it. It is forbidden to move hifi equipment with loudspeakers and also to use them to sound the outside area of the cottage.
  8. Guests have the right to use the property and facilities of the cottage according to the concluded agreement. Guests should check the condition and functionality of the cottage upon arrival. Any defects or malfunctions should be reported immediately to the accommodation provider on +421 907 841 251.
  9. Safety instructions must be observed at the cottage, especially with regard to fire protection and the use of electrical equipment.
  10. Only properly registered guests can be accommodated in the cottage. The cottage is strictly forbidden to accommodate unregistered foreign visitors without the owner's consent, subject to a fine of 150€ per person per night.
  11. There are trash receptacles in the building. Guests are obliged to keep the cottage tidy and place waste in the prepared bags. It is forbidden to feed stray animals.
  12. Guests are obliged to keep order throughout the property and on the day of departure to put the cottage in its original condition, i.e. wash the dishes, put away garden furniture, take out the garbage. In case of non-compliance with this point they may be charged a fee of 30 € upon departure.
  13. The accommodated guests agree that during the rental period, the owner has the right to enter the property and the rooms in order to carry out the obligations arising from the operation of the property (necessary repairs and maintenance, emergency conditions, etc.).
  14. In the event of a power or internet outage, the guest is obliged to notify the owner of the cottage and wait for the time when the owner of the cottage will fix the fault.
  15. In case of water failure due to overflow, the guest is obliged to close the main water stop valve located under the sink in the lower left part, red lever marked water supply. The breakdown must be reported immediately to the owner of the cottage and measures must be taken to prevent damage.
  16. The shower is for one person only. It is forbidden to lean on the glass panels. The door must be closed while showering.
  17. These regulations are available in the property, published on the website and are communicated to the guests. Upon check-in, guests confirm by their signature that they have been duly acquainted with all the points of the Accommodation Regulations.
  18. If bicycles or boats are rented, guests are responsible for their condition and any damages.
  19. During the stay, the guest is liable for damages caused to the property of the accommodation facility or the inventory of the cottage in accordance with applicable law.
  20. Guest complaints and any suggestions for improvement are accepted by the Host.
  21. There is no cancellation fee for cancellations made more than 31 days prior to arrival and any deposit paid will be refunded in full.

Zrušenie pobytu akceptujeme  v telefonickej alebo mailovej podobe a následnom potvrdení   z našej strany.

For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, we charge the following cancellation fees:

30 - 20 days before arrival: 30% of the price

20 - 7 days before arrival: 50% of the price

7 - 0 days and during the stay: 100% of the price of the stay

 

Cancellations, including the reason for cancellation, should always be made as soon as possible, stating: your name, contact details and the date of your stay.

The cancellation fee will not be charged if the client was unable to use the booked services due to serious health or family reasons and it is proved by a credible written confirmation.

 

  1. By signing the contract, the customer agrees to the processing of his/her personal data by the accommodation provider as specified in the contract. The accommodation provider requires and processes this data in accordance with the law no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data as amended and to the extent required by the legislative framework for the fulfilment of the legal obligations of the Landlord.
  2. By confirming the order (by email, in writing, by fax, by payment of the invoice, by payment for the stay, by affirmative action or by personal agreement), the customer confirms that he/she is aware of these terms and conditions of the General Terms and Conditions of Accommodation, understands them, agrees with them and accepts them in full. The guest is obliged to comply with these provisions. In the event of a breach, the Host has the right to withdraw from the provision of accommodation services before the expiry of the agreed time.
  3. Chalet Senec. does not include insurance in the price of stays. The customer is recommended to take out insurance with any insurance company in the Slovak Republic:
  • accident insurance for travel and stay at home and abroad
  • cancellation fee insurance.

62. Chalet Senec is not liable for injuries during leisure programs of any kind in both indoor and outdoor areas of Chalet Senec.

63. Guests' vehicles can be parked in their own car park, subject to general parking and traffic regulations. For organisational, technical or other reasons, the Provider may ask the Guest to prepare the car. These parking areas are self-service, monitored by CCTV and the provider is not liable for any theft of the vehicle or belongings in the vehicle. Parking is only possible in spaces marked on the premises. The parking space is free of charge for guests. By parking the car, guests do not create any storage contract for the hotel.

64. Pred odchodom z izby je ubytovaná osoba povinná uzavrieť vodovodné kohútiky, zhasnúť svetlá v izbe a priľahlých priestoroch izby, vypnúť elektrické spotrebiče, ( zvlášť na izbe nie je hosťom dovolené používať vlastné elektrické, plynové – prenosné spotrebiče, toto obmedzenie sa nevzťahuje na používanie elektrických spotrebičov nainštalovaných v izbe alebo prenosných elektrických zariadení slúžiacich na osobnú hygienu hosťa – holiaci strojček, sušič vlasov a pod.), zatvoriť okná, uzatvoriť vchodové dvere izby a pri odchode z ubytovania zablokovať a zamknuť Chalet Senec.

65. Zákazník pri realizácii objednávky potvrdzuje súhlas s týmito platnými všeobecnými obchodnými podmienkami..Chalet Senec si vyhradzuje právo na zmeny týchto všeobecných obchodných podmienok. Povinnosť písomného oznámenia všeobecných obchodných podmienok je splnená ich umiestnením na dostupných miestach v priestoroch na webových stránkach Chalet Senec: www.chaletsenec.sk

66. The place of performance and payment is the headquarters of Chalet Senec. The exclusive place of business is the registered office of Chalet Senec. Slovak law shall apply. The application of the UN Vienna Purchase Law Agreement is excluded from conflict of laws. Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become ineffective or invalid in the future, this shall not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions.
