GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The subject of these terms and conditions is to ensure the processing of customers' personal data obtained in the course of the landlord's business activities and furthermore to establish the obligation to maintain confidentiality of such obtained information, to the extent and under the conditions set out in these terms and conditions.
- The Lessor undertakes to process the personal data of the customers in accordance with these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are made within the scope of the rights and obligations arising from the relevant legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation ("the Regulation"), when processing personal data pursuant to the preceding paragraph.
RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS AND CONFIDENTIALITY
- The Lessor undertakes to take such technical, personal and other necessary measures to prevent unauthorized or accidental access to personal data, their alteration, destruction or loss, unauthorized transmission, other unauthorized processing, as well as other misuse of personal data.
- In connection with the provision of the lease, the landlord is obliged to process the personal data of the clients. These data are handled in particular by:
- Authorised persons of the lessor
- Accountant
- Marketing consultant
- Property owner
- The above users have been informed about the sensitivity of personal data. The personal data of the clients is handled exclusively within the framework of the services provided by the landlord. Neither the landlord nor the employees transfer the personal data of clients to other entities. Other processors of personal data are:

- City of Senec - fee administration
- Foreign Police MVSR
- Administrator - Chalet Senec
- Accounting firm
- Marketing company
- The conditions of processing and handling of personal data of clients are regulated in the processing contract between the landlord and the processor.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
- The landlord has a legal obligation to keep certain personal data about its tenants, in particular name, surname, date of birth, address of permanent residence and date of accommodation, number and type of identity document or visa, purpose of stay. This obligation is governed, inter alia, by Act No. 48/2002 Coll. on the residence of foreigners.
- The customer has the right to ask the landlord for an overview of their personal data at any time. This information is stored in (i) the customer's card and in the booking system, (ii) in the house register. In the event of a request for deletion of personal data, the landlord will delete those data whose retention is not required by the above-mentioned law.
TECHNICAL AND ORGANISATIONAL PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
- The Lessor undertakes to ensure the technical and organizational protection of the processed personal data so that unauthorized or accidental access to the data, their alteration, destruction or loss, unauthorized transmission, other unauthorized processing, as well as other misuse cannot occur, and that all the obligations of the data controller arising from legal regulations, in particular the Regulation, are ensured by personnel and organization at all times during the processing of the data.
- The Lessor undertakes that the data processing will be ensured in particular in the following way:
- only authorised persons of the lessor will have access to the personal data, who will have the conditions and scope of data processing set by the lessor, and each such person will access the personal data under his or her unique identifier;
- personal data will be processed on the landlord's premises, to which only authorised persons or its contractors (subcontractors), bound by the same obligations, will have access;
- the lessor shall prevent the unauthorised reading, creation, copying, transmission, modification or deletion of records containing personal data;
- take measures to identify and verify to whom the personal data have been communicated before being processed, altered or erased.
- The lessor undertakes to ensure, by means of its own internal regulations or special contractual arrangements, that its employees and other persons who will process personal data will do so only under the conditions and to the extent specified in the lessor's instructions. The lessor and those persons shall maintain the confidentiality of personal data and of security measures, the disclosure of which would compromise the security of personal data, even after termination of employment or provision of services to the lessor.
CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR MARKETING PURPOSES
By signing the Contract for short-term rental of the cottage, the tenant agrees to the processing of his/her personal data by the landlord to the extent specified in the contract for the purposes of marketing activities of the landlord, conducting surveys, polls and sales promotion. He also agrees to provide his telephone number and e-mail address for the purpose of sending marketing messages, advertising information, offers of products, services, events of the landlord or surveying opinions on satisfaction with the services provided by the landlord. This consent is given voluntarily for the duration of the contractual relationship between him and the lessor and for 5 years after the termination of this contractual relationship, being aware of his right to revoke this consent in writing at any time.
CAMERA SYSTEM
- The landlord uses a camera system to prevent the protection of its customers, its own and their property. The Lessor declares that it does not work with the recordings in any way, does not provide them to third parties or entities.
